One fateful day, 15-year-old Jordan Morris set out to the shopping mall with a simple mission: to pick up a cake for his younger brother’s birthday. But what should have been an ordinary outing turned into a nightmare. Explosions shattered the mall’s calm, bullets flew, and chaos erupted. Amid the turmoil, a sinister figure known only as 'The Naughty Soul' appeared, bent on spreading discord and anarchy across the city.

Haunted by an unspeakable tragedy in which his family was taken from him in a devastating shooting, ‘The Naughty Soul’ sought vengeance on a society he blamed, using violence to demand urgent gun control reform. Jordan survived the horror, but the scars would stay with him.

Later, during a school trip to New Vazuno, the majestic city ruled by King Aessoid, a gravity-defying accident granted Jordan incredible superpowers. Though he never wanted to be a hero, Jordan realizes that with these powers, and seeing that the Outcasts are nowhere to be found to save the city, he has no choice but to step up.

As ‘The Naughty Soul’ continues his rampage in Chicago, Jordan must decide whether to embrace the hero role forced upon him or remain in the shadows, all while villains close in and both police and the T.O.P.A.H. hunt him down.
