This is a dark romance that is a fairly short, quick and fast paced read. The story is about Karen and Damien and Karen, a friend's sister. Damien has three days to marry someone or he loses his inheritance. His father suggest Karen, which Damien perceives as money hungry and easy. Karen is struggling, working three jobs, to pay her brother's rehab bills. Damien offers Karen and deal she cannot turn down. This is a sweet and steamy with secrets, passion, love and more.

This is a short and steamy fast-paced insta-love, marriage of convenience romance between Damien and Karen. In order to gain his inheritance Damien needs to acquire a wife fast otherwise he'll lose the inheritance and his best-friend's sister Karen seems perfect for the job. Karen is overwhelmed by the amount of money she needs to pay her brother's medical bills no matter how much she works it's never enough. When she gets an incredible offer from Damien she has no choice but to accept. Damien thought it would be a marriage of convenience no feelings involved except nothing ever goes as planned especially when it comes to matters of the heart. It certainly doesn't hurt that they had feelings for each other and were attracted to each other when they were younger. I don't want to say anymore and ruin it for anyone else with spoilers. You really need to read this short& steamy fast-paced insta-love, marriage of convenience romance to see what happens. I would recommend reading this book.
