Urban Transport in ASEAN

 Dr. V. Setty Pendakur is Professor of Planning at the University of British Columbia, Canada. He is the author of several research papers and monographs on urban transport with particular reference to the developing countries. Dr. Pendakur has been a consultant to the U.N. system, the World Bank, the governments in South and Southeast Asia, and Canada, with regards to the development of urban public policy and urban transport.
