Turtles Are Not Boring

Ardila, an Indonesian-Singaporean and a preschool teacher, finds inspiration in her love for animals and nature. She enjoys watching animal and history documentaries, spending time with her four pet turtles and many fishes, and caring for her garden. Ardila also loves painting, cooking, cycling, and taking relaxing walks in the park, where she gathers ideas for her stories about wildlife and adventure. With a creative spirit and a love for learning, Ardila hopes to share her passion for nature and discovery with young readers everywhere.

Safa (Thohurotul Faroh Safitri Yusuf) is an Indonesian illustrator and graphic designer based in Lamongan, East Java. With a deep passion for drawing and a strong expertise in Procreate, she creates unique and captivating illustrations, specialising in children's book illustrations. Beyond her artistic work, Safa loves photography, travelling, cooking new recipes, and gardening, all of which inspire her creative projects. Her work brings stories and ideas to life with her artistic and design talent.
