Rohit Bansal is working as an adjunct faculty in Stanford Institute of Management & Technology, Australia as well as Professor in Department of Management Studies in Vaish College of Engineering, Rohtak, India. He is a perseverant, passionate academician cum seasoned professional. He obtained Ph.D. in Management from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. With a rich experience of 16 years, he has achieved growth through robust and proactive academic initiatives. Moreover, he is working as an Online Adjunct Faculty in Optics Teacher Training Institute, Liberia. He is also working as online Instructor on Udemy.com having launched six online courses with 15, 000 students enrolled till date. He has authored & edited 47 books with renowned national & international publishers including Springer Nature, IGI Global, Scrivener-Wiley Publishing, De Gruyter, Central West Publishing etc. In addition to, he has published 160 research papers and chapters in national and international journals of repute as well as edited books. His research work is published in leading publishers like Springer, MDPI, HIndawi, IGI Global, Cell Press, De Gruyter, Elseveir, Inderscience, Wiley etc. He has also presented papers in 60 conferences and seminars including IIM Indore, IIM Ranchi, IIM Jammu and IIM Kozhikode. |Tariq Maqableh - Editor|Dr. Tariq Maqableh is an experienced academic with over 6 years of experience in an Accounting and finance discipline as a lecturer and tutor at various universities including University of Western Sydney, Charles Sturt University, southern cross Institute, Canterbury Institute of Management and ECA with a proven track record. He has taught both undergraduate and postgraduate Accounting and Management courses like Financial Management, Foundation of Accounting, Foundation of Management, Mathematics and Statistics, Strategic Management, Project Integration and change management and concepts to both face-to-face and online students’ cohorts. His teaching skills are his strength such as working in groups with the students, which enable them to participate and have a better understanding of their subject, enabling the development of their soft skills.

Gunjan Shuklaa is currently working as a Principal in SICA College, Indore. She is an erudite academician with Ph.D. (Management), M.Phil., PG (GOLD MEDALIST) and with an 18 years of experience in academics, corporate sector and as an educational entrepreneur in developing results driven curriculum and delivering enthusiastic instruction to students. She is also working with MSME for teaching hospital administration and six sigma to professionals from industry. Moreover, she has published few books as well as research papers in peer-reviewed journals. With a rich blend of industry and academic experience, she is dedicated to fostering academic excellence and driving impactful research initiatives. She has participated as resource person in many national and international events.

|Fazla Rabby - Editor|Dr. Fazla Rabby is an accomplished academic and professional with a diverse background in education, management, and marketing. Holding a Ph.D. from the University of Southern Queensland, their education includes degrees and diplomas in management, leadership, and information systems from Central Queensland University and the University of Madras. As a Teaching Academic at Macquarie University and Lecturer at Canterbury Institute of Management, Dr. Rabby designs and delivers educational activities, assesses student progress, and contributes to curriculum development.
