About the author

Dr. Shalini is an Assistant Professor at Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, India. She is also the Area Coordinator for Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Area. She has more than 15 years for experience in academia and industry. Her teaching, consultancy and research interests span around competitiveness of firms, strategies for emerging markets, management education and entrepreneurship. She has published cases, research articles and informative pieces in a wide variety of journals, books and other media. She likes reading, travelling and spending time with her family. She is keen to collaborate and participate in teaching, research and consultancy assignments with members of her fraternity.

Dr. Lubna Nafees is a faculty in the area of marketing at IMT Ghaziabad. She teaches papers on brand management, integrated marketing communications, digital marketing and cross functional simulation for leadership. With an experience of 14 years in academia and industry, her research and consultancy interests include branding and brand communications; visual imagery and semiotics; digital marketing ; use of simulation in b-school pedagogy and management education. She has published papers and case studies on marketing strategy, brand, marketing communications and simulation as a pedagogical tool in both academic journals and popular media. [Editor]
