I'm not 100 percent sure what went wrong with the book... I assume they scanned a physical copy and didn't bother to error check it Sometimes "then" is used when it should be "the", "cheerfulfy" instead of "cheerfully" and it goes on and on. It really is a pity, I'd give the story itself 4-5 stars but all (what I assume are scanning errors) stick out like a sore thumb.
