He wrote on political theory, sociology, anthropology, history, and linguistics. He was a founding member and general secretary of the Communist Party of Italy and was elected as a deputy for the Veneto district before being imprisoned by Benito Mussolini's fascist regime. DONALDO BUCHWEITZ Donaldo Buchweitz was born in Canguçu, Brazil. He graduated in theology and philosophy and completed a postgraduate course in cooperative games at Unimonte. Since then, he has written and adapted over 60 children's books and composed more than 100 songs. His hobbies include playing chess and tending to his small garden.
