The Kind Worth Killing

It's a smooth read, a gin and tonic, nothing to think about, characters at first taste seem interesting but there's nothing more to them, and the plot is the same. I can't remember why I started reading it, and I knew it was not my flavor (don’t like tonic water, not fond of gin), but I thought something clever was going to happen with the two perspectives and so downloaded past the sample. The twists were barely bumps. I can imagine even the author got annoyed having to jump from one perspective to the next. The characters all merged. It's not a bad book, and it's smoothly written but for me, it was a bit empty, a waste of time and money.

Not as well written or gripping as Her Every Fear. I felt the book prone to unnecessary over description causing it to be alot longer than it needed to be. I found the ending rushed and it seemed the author didn't know how to finish it.

Once you start you will need to keep going.. then it moves in a direction you did not expect and you still can't put it down. Very good read.
