His main expertise is related to the application of quality engineering techniques and scientific approaches in supply chain management.
Thurasamy Ramayah is a full Professor at the School of Management at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). He is a Professor in Technology Management whose focus of research is on technology adoption and usage in business and management using quantitative research methodology especially the use of structural equation modelling.
