Acerca deste libro electrónico

The sequel to the thrilling "Bam Memorandum" follows the notorious terrorist, Ibrahim, a top level planner for al Qaeda, as he resurrects his plan for a global attack on the Western world. He is aided in his campaign by an unwitting group of wealthy Americans, planning to overthrow the Administration of the United States, but unaware that their leader is a Russian agent, determined to aid Moscow to return to the glory days of the Soviet Union. Pitted against these zealots are the embattled and overstretched security forces of the United States and Great Britain who, however, have one ace up their sleeve, a special agent who has been infiltrated into the very heart of the al Qaeda organization. Together, they find themselves in a race against time to discover the extent and nature of the attack they face, and to kill Ibrahim before he can bring his apocalyptic plan to fruition.

Acerca do autor

Paul Williams was born in 1948 in Malaysia, or Malaya, as it was then known, at the time of “the emergency,” which was brought about by the attempted communist infiltration of the then-British colony. After spending much of his childhood in Malaya, he returned “home” to England to complete his education; graduating from Oxford University before completing medical training in London. After qualifying, he moved to the United States, where he spent twenty years in academic medicine, rising to department chairman in a major university hospital. Having authored over one hundred articles chapters and books, he stepped down from his position and left the world of academic medicine behind to pursue other goals. He has traveled extensively, both as an international speaker and for personal pleasure, and enjoys a variety of outdoor sports. He now lives with his family in South Carolina.
