Evangelicalism, a vibrant and growing expression of historic Christian orthodoxy, is already one of the largest and most geographically diverse global religious movements. This Companion, first published in 2007, offers an articulation of evangelical theology that is both faithful to historic evangelical convictions and in dialogue with contemporary intellectual contexts and concerns. Timothy Larsen is Professor of Theology at Wheaton College, Illinois. He is author of Crisis of Doubt: Honest Faith in Nineteenth-Century England (2006) and editor of the Biographical Dictionary of Evangelicals (2003).
Daniel Treier is Associate Professor of Theology at Wheaton College, Illinois. He is author of Virtue and the Voice of God (2006) and associate editor of the Dictionary for Theological Interpretation of the Bible (2005).
