The cover says it all. This volume is more focused on Consort Lishu and Basen. The book finally made Maomao and Jinshi's relationship move forward, but their contact here is scarce. I wanted to read more of them, but I was immensely disappointed lmao. The book as a whole is great, so I'm off to the next volume. 😁

This volume was OK. Always having MaoMao solve everything is getting old and it is passed time for Jinshi to just tell her how he feels.
