Already own two of the Hummingbird Books (printed) and this sounded interesting. However, the free sample has nothing in it other than some credits and title pages. Not even a list of what treats can be found in the book. No point buying this if you don't know what's in it.

Tarek Malouf was born in London and studied at London and Los Angeles universities, where he discovered American desserts. After working for ABC News in the UK and enjoying American desserts on trips to the USA, he decided to set up The Hummingbird Bakery on Portobello Road.
