For me it is a great pleasure and honor to be able to write this prologue for a book by a great friend and outstanding citizen and compatriot, Ángel Gámez. This is a serious, controversial and scientific book that analyzes the secrets that leaders use to move the masses, starting with their immediate environment, to a country that can exceed billions of people. I invite you to read each paragraph, idea, and segment of this book carefully-paused-thoughtfully and minutely, whether it is your goal to be one of the business leaders, celebrity, and influential politician who is still writing his story of leadership, but who many also call one of the greatest frauds, egomaniac, xenophobic and failure of modern life. I reiterate it is not a political party’s book; it is a book that analyzes the communicational element, as one of the great keys that divide the leaders from the great thinkers of history. This book may well be about Jesus, Hitler, Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Martin Luther, Betancourt, Mohammed, Gandhi, Bolivar, Washington, Napoleon, Gomez, Guzman Blanco, Miranda, Cesar, Alexander the Great, Paul, Ghenguis Khan, Fidel Castro , Lenin, Nelson, Castro or yourself.This book launches us a challenge, decide by our own appreciation at what level of oratory comes the current Republican president: 1) Mouth-Ear, 2) Cerebral, 3) Emotional, or 4) Spiritual, so the levels of oratory is an important point on which we recommend to emphasize study, because that will define what kind of leader you want to be, a manipulator of communication techniques, or someone who stays forever in the memory and heart of the people. Another point to pay attention to so that you make the most of this book and all the books of Ángel Gámez (The Communication of the Leaders, The Oratory of the Leaders, Leaders Special Edition, Culture of Leadership, The Conspiracy of Leaders, ...) is to analyze how to frame speeches and use the metaphor for this purpose, especially I invite you to observe as Trump does, because here you will find one of the solid keys to your communication success. Without further reference to the moments, I invite you to enjoy this practical and simple literary work, which will be just as if you were speaking with the author, because part of his soul has been imprinted on it. And remember that leadership is not to use it, but to serve those around us, that the best way to exercise leadership is to help others and give them tools so that they can be independent and free from us, so that they can achieve in their time, with the resources at his disposal, his own visions-missions-goals and goals in Life.The world is waiting for an Education Revolution to be unleashed, to give us a Motherland: Free, Prosperous and Enterprising, where we all achieve Glory-Success and Victory.
