Par autoru

Frederick W. Daily y is a tax attorney with over 35 years' experience helping individuals and small business owners make smart tax decisions and stay out of trouble with the IRS. He has been featured as a tax expert on Good Morning America and NPR, and in publications across the country including Money Magazine, U.S. News & World Report, Newsweek, the New York Times, and the Chicago Tribune. He is the author of Stand Up to the IRS, Tax Savvy for Small BusinessSurviving an IRS Tax Audit. Stephen Fishman is the author of many Nolo books, including Deduct It! Lower Your Small Business Taxes, Every Landlord's Tax Deduction Guide and Home Business Tax Deductions: Keep What You Earn—plus many other legal and business books. He received his law degree from the University of Southern California and after time in government and private practice, became a full-time legal writer.
