Sofie Henricson is Associate Professor in Scandinavian languages at the University of Helsinki. She received her PhD from the University of Helsinki in 2013 and her title as Docent from the University of Turku in 2020. She is interested in a broad range of variational and sociolinguistic perspectives on language use, interaction research, linguistic landscape studies, and language learning and teaching.

Vรคinรถ Syrjรคlรค, PhD, is a Senior Lecturer in Swedish language at Sรถdertรถrn University in Stockholm, Sweden. His research interests include different perspectives on space, place and the linguistic landscape, both in Sweden and in bilingual Finland, as well as urban socio-onomastics.

Carla Bagna is Full Professor in Educational Linguistics at the University for Foreigners of Siena. Her research interests include language teaching and learning, in particular L2 Italian, immigrant languages in Italian society and schools, linguistic landscape, language policy and planning, linguistic and cultural mediation.

Martina Bellinzona is a post-doc researcher at the University for Foreigners of Siena. Her research activity mainly concerns educational linguistics, sociolinguistics and the digital humanities. Her interests include the study of linguistic landscape and schoolscape, plurilingual and intercultural education, language policies and contact in migratory contexts.
