Welcome to Semiconductor Basics! This is a nonfiction science book which contains various topics on fundamentals of semiconductor. Semiconductors, also known as integrated circuits (ICs) or microchips, are produced from pure components such as silicon or germanium, as well as compounds like gallium arsenide. Semiconductors play a significant function in developing electronic gadgets, therefore they're a big part of our life.
