Derived from methods of foot massage used in some ancient societies, reflexology as we know it today was popularized in the 20th century. She has written and co-written several books, including Healthy Living, and Home Remedies for Pain Relief.Nicola Hall (UK) has been director of The Bayly School of Reflexology since 1980, and is currently chair of the British Reflexology Association. She is author of four other books on reflexology.
