About this ebook

Enjoy this second-world fantasy series from USA Today Bestselling Author Sarah Biglow...

Everything you've heard about Morgan le Fey is a lie.

Despite her family's witchy history, Morgan's life in modern-day London has always been depressingly normal. True, her aunt has always insisted that Morgan is the lost heir to Camelot, but that idea is entirely laughable. She can't even cast the simplest of spells. And when her magic fails to protect her loved ones, Morgan is certain she's not meant to be a witch.

Until a stranger appears on her doorstep, insisting that she has a destiny to fulfill in a kingdom she always believed was fantasy.

The moment she steps through the portal into present-day Camelot, the connection to her magic she's longed for snaps to attention. Even still, she'll need to master her skills if she has any chance of taking back her throne.

She arrives on the eve of a tournament of magical champions in honor of Prince Arthur's impending coronation. Barely able to gain entrance to the challenge, Morgan must best witches, fae and dragons for her chance to take on Arthur.

But even if she makes it to the final bout, proving her claim to the crown could cost her everything. Is this destiny worth risking her life for?

HER SAPPHIRE BLADE is the first book in the Arthurian-inspired Guardians of Camelot portal fantasy series and is part of the Seasons of Magic universe. This series if full of witches, dragons, fae and a quest for destiny.

Our heroine has always been told she has magic, but could never connect to it. Until she is drawn into a magical realm and suddenly learning to use her magic becomes a matter of life of death. This is book one of the series so a fine place to start. This is an urban fantasy story with hints of Arthurian myth. The story is well written and easy to read with a well developed setting. The characters are also solid and well done with diverse personalities that bring things to life. Our heroin

Morgan grew up with her Aunt Nim, never learning to control her magic. Her life was one magical disaster after another. Morgan's life changes when she winds up in Camelot and learns how to control her magic so she can enter a tournament, win, and take her rightful place. This story is funny, has action, and romance blooming (maybe), ending with a cliffhanger. Very highly recommended. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I really enjoyed reading Her Sapphire Blade. Morgan Le Fey is one of my favorite characters from Arthurian myths, and this reimagining of her story is extremely well done. I loved the way the author developed Morgan over the course of the novel. The story is exciting and deeply engrossing. Overall, this is one of the more interesting stories I've read inspired by Arthurian legends. I highly recommend this book, and I can't wait to read the rest of the series!.
