I felt like I was reading about myself. It's sad that anger issues can become so severe - I've seen the damages myself, not only how I've directed my anger to others but among other people or situations as well. I think the most important thing about this book that is key above all else, is self-awareness. Reading this book is the first step in saying: "I've identified my problem, I want to learn about it." Thank you for giving some insight on some of the emotions I've been having and helping me understand that there's so much more to it than just the present situation. Some of the contents of this book is hard to read, just because it's like a mirror held up to your face - this is what you have become. I hope I can consciously use some of these tools, or just the awareness of it to react more appropriately in future scenarios.
