About the author
Rosemary Hunter FAcSS is Professor of Law and Socio-Legal Studies. She has written extensively on feminist judging and has co-organised or supported many of the feminist judgment projects around the world. She also publishes on family law processes and dispute resolution and access to justice and has held several public appointments in the family justice field.
Erika Rackley is a Professor of Law. She has written widely on the jurisprudence of Lady Hale as well as related issues including gender and judging, feminist judgments and judgment-writing, judicial diversity and the UK Supreme Court.
