About this ebook

The leader of the fallen Republic returns. He didn’t come alone.

Grace Gushiken and Nathan Chevell rule the Empire, fighting to unite humanity against the Ezeroc. But while they seek allies, an old enemy arrives at Earth’s doorstep.

Kazuo Gushiken was once a leader of the Republic. Now, he serves the Ezeroc. And he’s not alone. He’s brought something worse.

From the ruins of a lost civilization, the machines have risen. AI warforms stand beside the Ezeroc, united by a single purpose: erase humanity, once and for all. If Kazuo can kill the heads of the Empire, the war will end before it even begins.

The Empire’s Navy falls in hours. Grace and Nate barely escape Earth, fleeing on a battered ex-war heavy lifter. Outnumbered, outgunned, and running out of time, they have one last chance to stop the enemy before it wipes humanity from existence.

Because this isn’t just a war. It’s extinction.

Tyche’s Demons is the fourth book in Richard Parry’s gripping Ezeroc Wars series. If you love page-turning space opera with razor-sharp dialogue, high-stakes action, and the fight for humanity’s future, grab your copy today!

I received this book in exchange for an honest, unbiased review. The original trilogy (Tyche's Flight, Tyche's Deceit, Tyche's Crown) each rated four stars from me. Enjoyable space opera, each reading like an episode of an alternate-timeline Firefly. Tyche's Demons, however, shot up to five stars for me. It feels like that episode of a show where the writing and the characters just suddenly "click" for you. I really loved how Kohl was developed in this episode. I loved the hard decisions that the characters had to make; and I loved knowing that they were hard decisions because of all the preceding story (books 1-3). The characters are true to themselves, yet are learning to make new decisions in the face of their fears. They are developing their own voices. This is a terrific payoff book in the series. I loved it.
