Relativistic Cosmology is an exciting update of mathematical interpretation of the universe. It is aimed primarily at advanced post graduate students in mathematics as well as physics and astronomy, but is also useful as a supplementary text at higher level as research scholars. This book deals with observational results, descriptions of special and general theory of relativity and applications of relativistic mechanics and relativistic thermodynamics to cosmology. This book is concerned mainly with various models that have been proposed to explain the large scale structure of the universe. While the explanatory discussions are brief, they are sufficiently substantive to serve the subject in the question and to pique further interest in the topic. Dr. Amit Prakash is working as an Assistant at Jai Prakash University, Chapra. He was born on 26th of January, 1985 in Chapra, a city of Indian State of Bihar. He completed his Ph. D. degree in Mathematics from Jai Prakash University, Chapra. He participated and successfully completed 15th Mathematics Training and Talent Search Programme–2007 at Mumbai. He was the only student of Bihar who was selected for this programme in the year of 2007. He presented many articles and papers to national and International seminars, conferences and workshops. He has also authored a book “Studies on Gravitational Field Equations and Important Results of Relativistic Cosmology” in 2019 and contributed various papers to both national and international journals.
