Written by world experts in the foundations of quantum mechanics and its applications to social science, this book shows how elementary quantum mechanical principles can be applied to decision-making paradoxes in psychology and used in modelling information in finance and economics. The book starts with a thorough overview of some of the salient differences between classical, statistical and quantum mechanics. Emmanuel Haven is a Professor at the School of Management, University of Leicester. He has published numerous articles in a variety of fields such as operations research, economics and finance.
Andrei Khrennikov is a Professor of Applied Mathematics at Linnaeus University, Sweden, and Director of the International Center for Mathematical Modelling in Physics, Engineering, Economics, and Cognitive Science.
