Zoe is a disconnected teen whose life revolves around her older sister, Bailey, who has nonverbal autism. Zoe has always been committed to being her sister’s protector, but after a series of alarming events she has started to doubt her importance in Bailey’s life, and struggles to find her own purpose.

BONNIE SYNCLAIRE is an award-winning author of thriller and suspense novels. Born with a love for storytelling, she earned numerous short fiction awards at a young age, including a state title from Reflections Arts. Her debut was published in print at sixteen, earning press interviews and media coverage from the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, Saturday Light Brigade Radio, along with other blogs and podcasts.
