Acerca del autor

Diane Engelhardt has been an ESL instructor for more than 25 years, and began her career as an instructor at Berlitz. She has taught conversational and business English to a wide variety of students in Canada and Germany. She also prepares students for TOEFL, Cambridge First Certificate, London Chamber of Commerce (English for Business and Commerce, Intermediate Level).
