The phone call that interrupts presidential advisor Sarah Tyler's meeting with White House Cabinet members is supposed to bring joyous news: the birth of her grandchildren. But could something other than medical malpractice have been involved in the events that changed Sarah Tyler's life so drastically-something far more complex and frightening?
