She is an Eye Specialist working with NTPC Ltd in remote locations of MP and UP -Vindhyachal and Singrauli since 2002. Besides rendering her services as an ophthalmologist, she has been involved in various Corporate Social Responsibilities Welfare Activities which includes organising different types of health camps and spreading awareness among her employees and surrounding community.

She has published several papers in international journals and is actively providing health related inputs in various online platforms.

In recognition of her outstanding services she was conferred awards such as-Inspiring Citizen Award by ISRI Bhubaneswar , Wellness Professional of the Year award by HRAI Delhi , All India Chanakya Award by PRCI, Manviyata Award in recognition of her humanitarian services and Power Excel Award in recognition of her noteworthy services by NTPC Ltd.

She was also involved in COVID management where for her selfless contribution she received COVID Warrior Award from LIONS Club Delhi Veg. Recently she has also been nominated for Foxclues Top 100 Women Icon Award.
