Episode One of Sage Stones, Now & Then, revolves around four people. Detective Rebecca Carter and her foster sister Lieutenant Faiza Bell live in the futuristic desert city of Phoenix. Princess Audromeda Rion and her loyal guard Sir Dannen live in a desert kingdom known as Rion. When mysterious stones enter their lives, things begin to change for the duos drastically. Can they discover the secrets these stones hold before their worlds spiral any further out of control?
Join Becc, Bell, Audj and Dany in the first part of Sage Stones, a volume from the Worlds Apart series, as they investigate their homelands in ways they never have before. Can Becc use her skills as a detective to scour Phoenix and track down her missing foster brother? Will Dany be able to follow signs from above while keeping his fiery princess safe from the realm of Terra's dangers? Are these heroes Worlds Apart, or closer then they realize? What is the connection between these two deserts, if any? This story mixes a fantasy world with sci-fi in ways you would never expect. Without further ado.
