Good book to understand religious unity in yogic way. Between pages it says that the God is one. How you call him is up to you and your path (religion). Book messages that know yourself by developing positive thinking with the help of yoga practice. For beginners it is good guide.

This book is not free it costs Rs. 50. It charged from my Dr Card.

Poorly written, does not cover the basic concepts of yoga and is very subjective.
