nicholas' books are quite good and "the best of me"is one of them.but I would categorize his stories as predictable and quite the same.but at the same time, he makes us fall in love with the characters and the plot of the story. they r so lively and refreshing.

I would have probably said this book was okay, but prior to reading it I read the review s below, and some IDIOT has given away the ending. So don't read the reviews if you want to read, and enjoy the book. Thanks to the idiot below... You are the true meaning of a waste of air!

I found it challenging to read at times, not always gripping you to want to continue. However I like the sense of the story ending realistically and not 'happy ever after' good book.
