Dr. Namit Gupta is presently working as Dean, Faculty of Engineering, Technology and Architecture, and Director, SVITS, SVVV, Indore. He is having a vast experience of Teaching and research of 24 years. An experienced professor with a demonstrated history in education management, he is skilled in Lecturing, Curriculum Development, E-Learning, and Research. He holds a PhD in “Quantum Dot Cellular Automata Related Work” and has published more than 75 papers in various reputed National and International journals. He also holds a patent in the “Process for Formation of Capacitor Structure for Non-Volatile Memory on Germanium Nanocrystals.” Dr. Gupta has mentored numerous students and guided more than 100 student projects at the UG and PG levels. He has guided 6 PhD Scholars. Currently, six research scholars are working under his guidance. He is the Chairman of the Faculty of Studies for Engineering and Architecture and Chairman, Board of Studies for EC/EE/EI. He is actively involved in curriculum development at SVVV and works with the IQAC team for the effective implementation of the New Education Policy 2020 at SVVV.
Dr. Anjali Gupta has more than 20 years of experience in teaching in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering. She is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Shri Vaishnav Institute of Technology Science, Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. She received her B.E. Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Rajasthan University in 2003. She did her M.E. in Digital Communication from IET DAVV, Indore in 2009 and PhD. in Electronics Telecommunication from DAVV, Indore. Her research interests include signal processing, wireless communication, and IoT. Dr. Gupta is a dedicated academician and active contributor at Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya (SVVV). She is a member of the Board of Studies for the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department and the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC). With expertise in IoT, Robotics, and Communication Systems, she has participated in various faculty development programs and completed several NPTEL-SWAYAM certifications in her domain. Dr. Gupta has served as editor for interdisciplinary and technical books and has reviewed numerous technical papers for reputed conferences and publications. She has played key roles in organizing national and international academic events and competitions and contributes actively to institutional development and student engagement activities. Her leadership extends to various academic, administrative, and extracurricular initiatives, reflecting her strong commitment to innovation, quality education, and holistic student development.
Dr. Naresh Purohit is an accomplished academician and industry expert with over 24 years of comprehensive experience in both teaching and the industrial sector. Throughout his career, he has served in various key roles and has made significant contributions to the field of electronics and telecommunication through his research and academic endeavors. He has published numerous research papers in reputed journals and conferences, reflecting his strong foundation in cutting-edge technologies. His primary research interests include 5G system development, data science, wireless communication, MIMO (Multiple Input, Multiple Output) systems, and NOMA (Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access) systems. These focus areas highlight his commitment to advancing next-generation communication technologies and addressing the evolving challenges of modern wireless networks. Dr. Purohit is an Associate Member of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE). He is deeply passionate about enhancing the quality of education and is a dedicated advocate for teacher professional development.
Dr. Shiraz Husain is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. He received his Master of Engineering degree in 2014 from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal (M.P.), India. He completed his Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering in June 2024 with a specialization in Quantum Dot Cellular Automata. Dr. Husain has more than thirteen years of experience in teaching and research. His areas of interest include low power VLSI design, nanoelectronics, and quantum computing technologies. He has conducted several training programs in robotics, IoT, and embedded systems, and has published multiple research papers in reputed journals. Dr. Husain is also actively involved in the implementation of innovative laboratory practices and the development of IoT-based learning modules for undergraduate students. He has secured top ranks in national-level certification exams like NPTEL and has been engaged in academic activities including conference organization and curriculum development.
