London, 1949. One foggy night, Rosie Lane sees her son Brian on the banks of the Thames. Only he died four months earlier; and when she comes near him, he crumbles into dust. An incident strikingly similar to Kathy’s own encounter with Göring in Namibia. Pushing on with her investigation, the young British agent will have to contend with bloodcurdling phenomena – monstrous insects, accelerated aging – as much as the hostility of local Nazi sympathisers.

Né à Verviers en mai 1974, Bertrand Marchal a accompli des études artistiques supérieures à l'Ecole de Recherches graphiques (ERG) de Bruxelles. Il y a suivi des cours de dessins d'après modèle et de bandes dessinées sous la direction d'A. Goffin, de G. Goffaux et d'O. Grenson («Niklos Koda»). En 1994, dans le cadre de ses études, il participe à la réalisation d'un album collectif et y signe «Mille fois rêvé», une histoire fantastique en dix planches mettant en scène un étrange tueur de chatons ! En 1995, sous le titre «La Reine», il produit et publie à compte d'auteur un mini-album scénarisé par son frère... C'est en 1998 qu'il se lance en professionnel dans la BD. D'abord modestement, en agrémentant de gags les pages de «Spirou». La dessinatrice Magda lui confie ensuite les décors de deux albums de sa série «Charly». En 2000, avec Toldac aux scénarios, il publie le triptyque «Les Châtiments de l'An Mil» (Glénat. En 2003, de sa rencontre avec le scénariste Rodolphe («Mister George») résulte «Frontière» dans la collection Polyptyque.

Leo : Luis Eduardo de Oliveira was born in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) in 1944. Despite his passion for art, he studied engineering at the university. Actively involved in political protests against the military dictatorship, he was forced to leave Brazil in 1971, living in exile first in Chile and then in Argentina. When he returned to Sâo Paulo in 1974, he abandoned the political struggle to dedicate himself to drawing. Beginning as an illustrator for an American company, he quickly tired of a job stifling his creativity. His first story was published in O Bicho magazine in the mid-70s. At the same time, he discovered European comics through "Pilote" and "Métal Hurlant"–and it was love at first sight. Moving to Paris in 1981 to try his fortune, he worked in advertising for a time while waiting for success to arrive. In 1986, the creator of "Barbarella" asked him to illustrate some realistic stories for Okapi magazine. In 1989, his work on a life of Gandhi attracted the attention of writer Rodolphe, who enlisted him to illustrate his new series "Trent." When the first volume appeared in 1991, it was the beginning of Leo's career. Two years later, he finally fulfilled an old dream by publishing the first of five books in the series "Aldebaran," written and drawn by himself. This successful science-fiction saga was followed by a second cycle, "Betelgeuse," in 2000 and a third, "Antares," in 2007.

Ses séries les plus connues ont pour titre Kenya et Trent (avec Léo),Les Écluses du Ciel avec Rouge et Allot), Gothic (avec Marcelé), Commissaire Raffini (avec Ferrandez et Maucler), Les Abîmes du Temps (avec Mounier), L’Autre Monde (avec Magnin), La Maison-Dieu (avec N. Berr), La Malédiction d’Edgar (avec Chardez), Assassins (avec Puchol) et Le Village (avec Marchal), publié chez Grand Angle.
