In this work, the author presents a completely new treatment of the homology operations QS 0 . This approach employs the Burnside rings and produces results that are much sharper than previous results. As an application, the author improves Tsuchiya's claim and generalizes Priddy's multiplicative Kahn-Proddy theorem to apply to any prime.
