About the author

Monirul Islam Prince, a celebrated recital artist from Bangladesh, has captivated audiences with his

powerful voice and expressive performances. Born in Mymensingh, Dhaka, on April 18, 1989, he has

been a passionate advocate for the art of recitation since an early age. Monirul Islam Prince’s journey

began on local stages, leading to performances across television, radio, and online platforms. Since

2012, he has been an esteemed member of Swarosruti and, as of 2020, an enlisted artist at Bangladesh

Television (BTV).

A member of the Bangladesh Abitti Somonnoy Porishod, Monirul has dedicated himself to promoting

cultural literacy and education through his art. His debut audio album, Adorer Upobash, and co-

authored book, Jege Utho Bangladesh, reflect his commitment to using his voice to inspire. Beyond the

stage, Monirul’s involvement in charitable and educational initiatives demonstrates his dedication to

uplifting others.
