About the author
Dr. Michael Loebbert arbeitet seit über 25 Jahren als Executive Coach, Supervisor und Organisationsberater. Seit 2009 verantwortet er den Masterstudiengang für Coaching und Supervision (MAS Coaching) an der Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz. Er kann auf einschlägige Veröffentlichungen zu Beratungsthemen verweisen. Schwerpunkte seiner Praxis sind Coaching und Beratung für Beratungsunternehmen und -programme sowie die Einführung von Coaching in Organisationen.
