Nice book to read to not let suffer your distressing emotions. Understanding your emotions is the first step to deal with it. The book gives you several tasks that would help you to develop a habit of becoming aware of your emotions. Must try book

I had the pleasure of being asked to review this wonderful book by. It is a much needed subject in our current reality TV world we live in. Anger is at the forefront of everything we read and watch for entertainment. it all impacts the body and suppresses our immune system. So, this book is great for those new and/or experienced with to anger management. The most important thing for someone working with anger is clarity, so the message can get through the haze of anger. This book does that. I provides clear language, an easy to follow format, and great advice that can be used every day.
