Their Unlikely Protector: An Uplifting Inspirational Romance

Their Unlikely Protector is a Christian, uplifting, enemies to more romance. Valerie and Brett have amazing chemistry. I enjoyed watching them overcome past hurts, discover what is truly important and find their HEA. The twins were adorable. This well written book will keep your attention. I was sorry to reach the end. Ms. Whistler does a fantastic job of bringing everything to a very satisfying conclusion.

Their Unlikely Protector starts off hot, like a house on fire, literally! Brett and Valerie are great characters that author Meghann Whistler develops very well. Both have had to overcome difficulties in their lives and now, Valerie finds herself the guardian for her twin toddler brothers, who are certain to win the reader's heart. There is an HEA for Brett and Valerie. I would definitely read more of this author's works. I received an ARC and am sharing my opinion of this well-written book.

Delightful: I enjoyed this sweet, Christian small town romance. Valerie and Brett made a wonderful couple and of course the twins were adorable. I thought that it was well paced and there was just the right amount of drama without it feeling contrived or overdone. Whilst characters from previous books are heavily featured, it can nevertheless very much be read as a standalone. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
