The story takes a dramatic turn when Sydney uncovers Hunter’s betrayal, thrusting her into a whirlwind of emotions and decisions. The author masterfully captures Sydney’s internal struggle as she grapples with the pain of betrayal and the uncertainty of her future. The depiction of Sydney’s journey is both poignant and relatable, offering readers a window into the complexities of young adult life and the process of rebuilding after a heartbreaking discovery.

I am not really sure why I am not as in love with this book as so many of you are. I tried but it just was too blah..... I LOVE THE MUSIC in it!! i REALLY do but the story to me was just boring... and i feel so bad about what happened to Maggie.

Compelling, easy read. Feel good book. As a result of my own hearing loss I believe I was led to experience some of the emotions in the story more deeply
