Sometimes technological discontinuities occur when radically different technological systems and working practices are implemented, with the possibility of widespread disruption and conflict. This book looks at this topical issue through the experiences of the international giants of the Finnish paper industry - an industry at the cutting edge of fundamental technological innovation.
درباره نویسنده
A senior lecturer at the Helsinki School of Economics, Finland. He has recently finished a three-year research project on management of technology funded by the Academy of Finland. His recent publications include articles in such scholarly journals as Journal of Management Studies, The International Journal of Human Resource Management and Scandinavian Journal of Management.
