Klasse Als Aufwärmspiel haben wir eine Schulform des Rugby gewählt. Dabei wird die Gruppe in zwei Mannschaften aufgeteilt (eine Mannschaft bekommt farbige Bänder als Markierung). Auf jede Hallenseite wird eine Weichbodenmatte platziert. Ziel des Spiels ist es, den Rugbyball auf die gegnerische Matte zu befördern. Um einen Punkt zu erzielen, darf der Ball nur während des Sprungs gefangen werden, bevor sich der Spieler samt Ball auf die Matte fallen lässt. Auf der Matte darf sich keine weitere Person befinden um Körperverletzungen zu vermeiden. Aus diesem Grund darf auch die Person im Ballbesitz , die sich mit dem Ball nur drei Schritte fortbewegen darf, nicht direkt angegriffen werden. Dieses Spiel für die
