C. F. Francis, a native Floridian, cannot live without some mystery, suspense and romance in her life - just to keep things interesting. A voracious reader, she penned her first novel, Sanctuary Island, when she was desperate for more of the above. Before becoming a full time author, Ms. Francis' diverse background included law, insurance, tourism and a stint with the Florida Legislature's Organized Crime Committee. With friends who served in the Special Forces and Military Intelligence, she has access to their expertise when it comes to research for her books.
