Paul Swartz was an educator, coach, and administrator for over thirty-five years.During his coaching career he recorded more than 350 victories. After retiring from education, Paul served as a County Commissioner of Washington County in Maryland.He resides in Shallotte N.C. with his wife of 42 years and is active in many organizations (Lions, Elks, and Masons) and serves as an elder of Shallotte Presbyterian Church.Proud father of four children (Mary Beth, Pam, John, and Jennifer) nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
