This was a rather sweet second chance romance, not typically what you would associate with a Navy SEAL. He may have been his Unit's Corpsman, but they are always SEALS first, and Angelo was rather tame. My parents were both Marines and I speak from experience in being around members of The Teams. However, it was a charming story between Angelo and Cate. The one I'm most looking forward to seeing take the fall is Angelo's younger brother Matty, and I hope it involves those K9's he trains. I

Angelo is a Navy Seal that takes l his duty to serve seriously and he feels that his duties doesn't leave room for a meaningful relationship. Cate is a neuroscientist that believes she doesn't have time to become involved in a relationship either. Cate and Angelo reconnect at his cousin's wedding. The connection is still there. When he discovers that Cate is being stalked, Angelo pledges to protect her. Will they stay connected after the stalker situation is resolved?
