This work consists of two letters, addressed to Bishop Petronius by Dionysius Exiguus, a Dacian monk. The text highlights the continuity of this tradition through notable figures like Athanasius, Theophilus, and Cyril, and introduces a new cycle of ninety-five years, emphasizing the need for a stable foundation in the computation of the feast despite some inconsistencies.
