A best friends to lovers must read! My number one genre and it comes alive in this newest release that doesn’t disappoint. I love being back in the Monroe Tree Farm and this time it’s Sebastian story. Hanna has had a crush on Sebastian, but when she remains in the friend zone she decides to move forward. To bad nobody told Sebastian and what happens next was a cute romance story with all the good feels that made for an enjoyable read. I loved watching Sebastian get his girl and HEA.

It's a heartwarming story featuring the fourth Monroe Brother Sebastian, a single dad and Hannah, his childhood best friend. Hannah has been in love with Sebastian since high school but is tired of waiting for him to see her as more than just friends. She then decides to join the dating world. This was a quick enjoyable emotional read. This was a quick enjoyable emotional read.I highly recommend this “falling for his best friend/nanny/roommate” holiday romance. I can't wait to read the next book

One thing that kept this from a five star rate is that sebastian is too indecisive, uptight..he seems to worry what his one night stand turned baby maker who left them, thinks over his relationship with the best friend who has been there for them like forever. Taken for granted is not a good feeling, and Hanna shouldn't make herself available at all times for a man who cannot seem to see her worth. Never was impressed with a man who can't stand up for what he wants. He's a good guy but a pathetic wimp sometimes.
