This book was amazingly well-written and well-researched; a perfect synthesis of organizational leadership theories and practices with just plain ol' good common sense and a strong family ethic. A must read for the millennial, the Gen Zer, the Baby Boomer, and the Gen Xer. Much to learn and share across generations. And therein is the point: communication, communication, communication. Loved the points about leading with values and mission, integrating strategy into family organization, leading financial workshops within the family, and organizing family meetings with an agenda and reflection session for participants. It could be easy to scoff at this book because of the title. I'd urge the common reader not to. This book is a gem and I do hope that it continues to be passed down in my own family. Thanks LDT! Honored to have the opportunity to read and digest all of your knowledge, wisdom, and key advice.
