Sabina Sehapal is a dedicated and self-driven nursing professional with over 10 years of experience. She currently serves as an Associate Professor at the University Institute of Nursing, Chandigarh University, where she is the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for both the advanced credit programme and a value-added course on the Prevention of Hospital-Acquired Infections. Sabina is recognized for her leadership, communication, and organizational skills, consistently raising the bar for achieving professional goals. Her extensive experience includes attending various workshops such as radiation therapy at Christian Medical College and Hospital, Ludhiana, maternal care at Civil Hospital, Mohali, and cardiac health at Fortis Mohali. She has also participated in key conferences and workshops on AIDS, tuberculosis, and evidence-based medicine. Sabina has spoken at panel discussions and remains actively engaged in professional development through national and international forums.

Rajesh Tiwari is working as Professor, Academic Coordinator and Chair Head-Finance in Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun. He has over twenty years of rich experience in academics and industry. He is MBA (Finance), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), UGC-NET, PhD in Management. He has previously worked as Director in Indus University, Ahmedabad, United Group-Greater Noida (Affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi), Sai Balaji Group-Pune. He has been academic coordinator for Management Programmes of Staffordshire University, UK and other reputed B Schools. He has won best paper award two times. He has published research papers in reputed journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science and presented papers in national and international journals. He is actively involved in Faculty Development Programme and Management Development Programme. He has been engaged in social initiatives through plantation, blood donation, cleanliness drive and functional literacy programmes.
