I won't give 5 stars because there is always hope for betterment but believe me this book made me fall in love with literature which is very strange to me. But anyways give it a try totally worth the time and money & really great if u actually put it in your life.

About the author

Koushiki Choudhury teaches at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. She graduated from the Pennsylvania State University, USA. Her interests include the interface of management with philosophy, religion and psychology. Koushiki was a researcher at the University of California, USA, and worked for several years in the corporate sector, before joining academics. Her book Managing Workplace Stress: The Cognitive Behavioural Way, was published by Springer in 2012.
